Chaves County Courthouse Renovation/Expansion

The Chaves County Courthouse project involves the renovation of a historic 1912 courthouse on Roswell’s main public plaza. The design concept for new construction is generated from the existing courthouse rotunda axis, with a new sky lit rotunda anchoring the axis of the new lobby. The design features state of the art security and telecommunications systems; with an allowance for expansion and future grow.
