Plans for the new National Museum of Nuclear History & Science, formerly the National Atomic Museum, are now complete. The project will be located at the intersection of Eubank Blvd. and Southern Blvd, adjacent to Kirtland Air Force Base and the Sandia National Laboratory Technology Park, in Albuquerque, NM. The building plan includes exhibit space, along with collections storage and curatorial/administrative offices, and outdoor exhibits of aircraft, missiles and other important weapons of the atomic age.
