| The Plaza Entrada Medical Office Complex
brings a contemporary interpretation of traditional regional
architectural style to Santa Fe’s growing south side.
The building is part of a 24 acre site which includes hotel
and retail developments, in additional to professional offices.
Design features include a monumental entry portal opening onto
a 2-story lobby, stepped building masses reminiscent of indigenous
building styles, hand crafted woodworking and metal detailing,
along with native stone. Sustainability features include deep
portals for shading, a series of thermal wells on the site
below the parking areas, tinted low-e glazing, and a white
single membrane TPO roof structure. |
