The Sivage Thomas Homes Headquarters presents a bold corporate image for one of the Southwest’s leading homebuilders. The project consists of two buildings, including a 26,000 s.f. corporate office, and a 20,000 s.f. warehouse/support facility. The design gallery within the corporate office complex allows new home clients to select finishes, materials, lighting, and appliances in one-stop. Exterior plantings demonstrate options available to clients as well on their own lots. Architectural features include a pitched entrance canopy with an exposed steel structure.
