The Sunset Grille restaurant features a two-story design with access via a central escalator. Natural daylight, interior landscaping, and an exposed structural system of glu-laminated timbers and concrete columns define the central atrium. Peripheral spaces include a rooftop bar with dramatic sunset views to the west, a bakery, and ice cream parlor.
