FIRE TRAINING ACADEMY

The City of Albuquerque Fire Training Academy is a 36,426 sf addition to an existing 12,855 sf building on Albuquerque’s far west side. The project is co-located with the City’s emergency services department and includes a full renovation of the existing Academy classrooms and other support spaces. The new portion of the building includes Fire Department Administrative Offices, additional classrooms, fitness training facilities, a multi-use space, a simulator room and a historic display space for antique engines and other memorabilia.
