Innovations offered by the design team have included land for the football field used for new construction; relocation of existing (and ageing) maintenance building required to clear land for new football field and track; a proposed and completed energy analysis that demonstrated efficiency of constructing a central plant rather that continue to replace and maintain separate boilers at each building on campus; a proposed and completed an energy analysis that demonstrated efficiency of constructing a central plant rather that continue to replace and maintain separate boilers at each building on campus; investigation of underground facilities for use in campus wide mechanical loop; large culvert never surveyed - now fully photo documented and planned for major part of the loop and completion of ADA Assessment with this data used to inform the Master Plan work.
