THE SHOPS AT PASEO CROSSING

The Shops at Paseo Crossing is a 56,019 SF retail center located on a six acre parcel at the southeast corner of Paseo del Norte and Wyoming Boulevard NE.  The center’s five buildings are designed to accommodate a wide variety of tenants and offer a diverse selection of available spaces. 

The buildings are clad with a variety of materials including random stacked stone, porcelain tile, precast concrete and exterior insulation and finish system.  Suspended projecting shade structures or steel framed portals provide solar protection for patios and vertical glazing.  The color pallet is designed to be compatible with existing surrounding development which includes a bank, office buildings, homes and other retail development.

Pedestrian connections and wide sidewalks are provided throughout the complex which is designed as a village center.  Recessed lighting is used for dramatic effect at night while still complying with the night sky ordinance.  Uniform signage is designed to be backlit while the building crowns act as beacons to Paseo del Norte and Wyoming Boulevard.
