Paseo Nuevo Office Complex

Completed in 2008, Pacific Cataract & Laser Institute Inc. (PCLI) is a nationwide company with specialization in laser correction eye surgery.  The space in the Paseo Nuevo Office Complex serves a team of traveling doctors as well as providing offices and exam rooms for permanent specialists and surgeons.  The Institute is equipped with two procedure rooms and as one laser room with viewing space adjacent for family.  Studio SW utilized the specifications of the Institute and provided a full function space plan with dark rooms and specialized procedure rooms.

Since the Pacific Cataract & Laser Institute is an out-of-state client, many coordination challenges were encountered and resolved through close communication with the doctors and administrators.  Schedules and budgets were met utilizing a design team that worked closely with the building owner and contractor in a fast track project.
