PASEO VILLAGE

Paseo Village is a 37,149 SF neighborhood village shopping center located at the northwest corner of Wyoming Boulevard and Paseo del Norte NE in a developing urban corridor at the north side of the city. The complex is composed of four buildings of different sizes and configurations allowing for a variety of tenant spaces.  

The buildings, which are primarily clad in brick with marble and stucco accents, share two color motifs that alternate around the site.  Projecting canopies provide shade at the storefronts and walkways. Pedestrian connections with wide sidewalks are provided throughout the development.
