PLAZA ENTRADA MEDICAL OFFICE COMPLEX

A 23 acre medical campus site in the City of Santa Fe, this project contains 3 Dentistry Suites, 2 MR Suites, Radiological Imaging Suites and Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Services.  

Studio SW provided building design services for 2 professional medical office buildings totaling 61,025 gross square feet.  The 2-story North building (44,601 sf) and the 1-story South building of 16,424 sf are 100% occupied. 

The North building includes a pair of reinforced concrete radiation shielding treatment vaults that were provided for a major tenant providing cancer treatment.  These massive vaults were integrated into the style and massing of the overall building design and placed to complement the site conditions. 

A public bicycle path was incorporated and winds its way through the site and was designed to fit into serpentine terraced landscaped areas and separating the path from all vehicular traffic.
