Andalucia Retail Center

Albuquerque, New Mexico

GALLERY

Andalucia is a retail center near the southeast corner of the intersection of Coors Boulevard and Montano Road NW.  The multi-phase seven building complex is part of a master planned development that borders the Rio Grande bosque and is adjacent to a private school and an apartment complex. The project is anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market and is designed to accommodate a wide variety of tenants and offers a diverse selection of available spaces.

The buildings are clad in a combination of random stacked limestone, polished concrete masonry, precast concrete, and synthetic stucco.  Steel framed portals provide solar protection for vertical glazing and pedestrians. The earth toned color pallet is designed to be compatible with surrounding development while making a unique design statement for the Coors Corridor.  Lighting has been chosen to highlight architectural elements at night.  Pedestrian connections and wide sidewalks are provided throughout the complex connecting all buildings.
