Santa Fe County Administrative Building

Santa Fe, NM

GALLERY

Studio Southwest Architects is partnered with Jaynes Corporation on this significant Design-Build project for Santa Fe County. The Santa Fe County Administration Building will allow Santa Fe County to consolidate many of their county functions into a centrally located, downtown campus. The new two-story, 60,000 sf office building is located at the former Judicial Complex site at the corner of Grant Avenue and Catron Street. The project also includes a parking solution that utilizes the natural grade change in the site, providing the county with 200 much needed spaces.

An additional aspect of this project scope is the historic restoration of the John Gaw Meem building. After county departments are relocated to the new Administration building, the Studio Southwest Architects/Jaynes team will remove a portion of courtyard infill, restoring the building to its original state.

Studio Southwest Architects is honored to be part of such a significant project in our capital city.
