SOUTH CAPITOL MASTER PLAN
Santa Fe, New MexicoThe South Capitol Master Plan prepared by Studio Southwest Architects in conjunction with Architectural Research Associates for the State of New Mexico is a 30 year planning horizon document which will enable the State to achieve an optimum site development density of over 1,000,000 square feet of administrative office space. Currently, 540,000 square feet are accommodated at the 30 acre campus. The plan incorporates a “No Net Energy Increase” sustainability goal and plan, multi-modal transportation opportunities, multi-level parking structures and new building concepts which are consistent with the existing campus scale and density. The plan also creates a pedestrian environment to link the buildings and encourage employee interaction.
