Jennifer Penner is a licensed architect and was elevated to Principal at Studio Southwest Architects in 2025. Her work reflects a collaborative, detail-driven approach and a commitment to serving communities across the state.

In 2025, Jennifer led the Valencia County Transit Facility to achieve LEED Gold certification, reinforcing the firm’s focus on design efficiency, sustainable systems, resilience, and occupant well-being. As Senior Principal, she continues to contribute to the firm’s leadership and long-standing dedication to thoughtful, community-centered architecture in New Mexico.
