Sandia Pueblo Administration Building

The Sandia Pueblo Office Complex serves as a modern and secured facility that houses specialty administrative departments and training facilities for the Pueblo and Sandia Resort Casino (SRC) including Human Resources, Gaming Commission, and Management Information Systems (MIS).

Inspired by Pueblo style architecture, the contemporary design takes advantage of natural sunlight, daylighting, and panoramic views of the Sandia mountains through large windows on both floors, and remains contextual with the Pueblo resort casino style. The building site was chosen for its close proximity to the casino and parking structure, that provides
ease of access to staff for regular training programs. A large patio is located adjacent to the training rooms, with dramatic concrete screen walls and steel trellis’.

Studio SW worked closely with both Sandia Pueblo and Jaynes Corporation throughout the project to ensure the client’s goals were being met and the project was completed as a fast-track design-build project on a 12 month schedule and in budget.
