LA CLINICA DE FAMILIA

Studio SW was contracted to design the La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) Medical and Dental Facility in 2011.  Square footage for the medical clinic is identified as 5,500 sq. ft. for the medical clinic and 2,500 sq. ft. for the dental clinic.  The actual square footage may vary slightly due to the necessity for a two story structure to accommodate the facilities on site.  Studio SW has the goal to construct additional facilities on the site of the current LCDF campus while adding the necessary parking to meet the increased demand.  This is a challenge due to the limited site area available for new construction.  The conceptual schematic design for the project represents a solution to the limited site area while achieving the additional parking necessary for the increased number of visitors.
